Customer Care
It is the policy of The Barden Contracts Group to provide a service to meet with the expectations of its customer:
- All our customers will be treated courteously at all times whether this is by all Barden Contracts Group personnel.
- All operatives will endeavor to work as cleanly, quietly and courteously as possible at all times.
- We will work with as little disruption to our customer as possible.
- All repairs will be undertaken within 7 days of initial contact.
- All emergency repairs will be carried out within 12 hours of being reported.
- We aim to have all works complete within a stated time scale.
- We aim to communicate with our customers any unforeseen problems as they happen, helping to keep the project on time.
- We will provide every customer with a courtesy call within 5 days of works being completed.
- All customer complaints or queries will be dealt with as quickly as possible and in strictest confidence.
- Complete satisfaction is paramount in helping provide an efficient service to our customer and we will always appreciate their constructive comments in order to maintain this
